Description
Although you can't see the water in this image the Salt River lies in between the saguaro cactus in the foreground and the rocky cliffs in the back. Much of the vegetation is golden in color which would imply the photograph was taken in the fall. Apparently fall comes late in Arizona because the picture was actually taken in January.
