This photograph was taken at WhiteTank Mountain Regional Park in the Sonoran Desert just west of Phoenix, Arizona. The departing sun was just right to create this rather eerie effect. I suppose you could also say it has a calming effect. Regardless of the sentiment it stirs in you, this evening desert landscape will look amazing on your wall as a canvas or metal print.
