The wild critters are getting more and more bold on top of Mount Evans in Colorado's Rocky Mountains. This little chipmunk came right over and climbed up the leg of its would-be benefactor for critter food. The lady in the blue jeans was delighted to have made a new friend.

OHhhh, Lorraine, this brings me back to weekends at Aunt Jill’s…Jack and Jackie were the chipmunks I used to feed birdseed to most summer Saturday mornings. By the time autumn rolled around, their coats were so silken and shiny from my petting them! Thanks for the memories…
