Description
While driving through Alabama on our way from Tennessee to the Florida Panhandle we happened upon this amazing property along US highway 331 between the towns of Brantley and Opp. The owner was out mowing her lawn, so we pulled in and started asking questions. She graciously showed us around the property and inside the gas stations and stores, including all the old gas pumps, advertising signs, and vintage items her husband had collected over the years. Across the dirt road from this Sinclair gas station station was a Phillips 66 seen in the previous image in my gallery.
Sinclair Station tied for 2nd place in the FAA contest "1940'S TO 1950'S OLD GAS STATIONS" 2/9/2021

Great catch! So neither of these places was a working gas station? Great bit of nostalgia!
Lorraine Baum replied:
Not working - just a fabulous collection of gas pumps and gas & oil related signs.
