Description
The original photograph was taken along US highway 331 between the towns of Brantley and Opp, Alabama. The owner was out mowing her lawn, so we pulled in and started asking questions. She graciously showed us around the property and inside the gas stations and stores, including all the old gas pumps, advertising signs, and vintage items her husband had collected over the years.
The black car was added to the scene to satisfy the entrance requirements of Abby Shore's "Edit This #28" contest.
