I learned of this car show through a Denver, Colorado Meet-Up. It is a two times per year event that raises funds for various causes. I went, not knowing quite what to expect, but was blown away at what I discovered. There were 4+ parking lots filled with hundreds of vintage and antique cars - many from the 1950s and earlier.
I had one like this back in the early 70s. It was a yellow convertible with a black top, and one of the coolest cars I have ever owned. I was living in Phoenix, AZ at the time and the car was stolen. It was found 6 months later as a getaway car in a bank robbery in New Jersey. It was apparently trashed and I never got it back. Bummer about the insurance I didn't have.
