Description
My longtime friend and I took a drive in the mountains west of Colorado Springs. We took North Cheyenne Canyon Road, which follows along North Cheyenne Creek and leads up to the Helen Hunt Falls. At first glance the falls seem to be completely frozen over but when I went up on the bridge and looked down I could see water running over the falls beneath the ice crust. It was a pretty cool sight!
