Description
Just under 50 miles east of Phoenix, Arizona in the Sonoran Desert lies Saguaro Lake, a very popular local recreation site. Surrounded by towering cliffs and fed by the Salt River the lake is an oasis in the hot desert that is a mecca for swimming, boating, hiking, and herds of wild horses. This photograph turned digital art is seen from the Saguaro Del Norte Recreation Site at the north end of the lake.
