Description
Springtime is time for the new antlers to come in on this Colorado Rocky Mountain bull elk. A cow rests nearby. Nearly wiped out by hunters during there late 1800s, elk were brought to the park from Yellowstone, while predators like wolves and grizzly bears were removed. The current elk population is estimated at over 2,500 and they are the main attraction of the park.
Early Spring In RMNP will make a terrific shower curtain for your mountain cabin.
