For years The Buffalo Bar in Idaho Springs, Colorado has been a spot where we stopped for lunch or dinner while on our way further up (or down) Interstate 70 to or from the glorious Colorado mountains. Things had changed this time - the old player piano had been replaced by a new bar that sported multiple taps for different craft beers. Around the corner was a sight I had never seen - this complete onsite brewery.
