Description
Here are the world famous Boulder, Colorado Flatirons, taken from a few miles to the east. The Flatirons are rock formations that overlook the city of Boulder, Colorado from the east side of Green Mountain. There are 5 flatirons, so named because they resemble the flat side of an iron used to press clothes. This photograph was digitally enhanced to create this painterly effect.
