Description
The first thing I visited at the Denver Botanical Garden was the indoor display featuring many rainforest plants and flowers. The adjoining room is full of orchids and bromeliads. A rain forest in the middle of our semi-arid climate is a wonderful sight to see. It makes for a fairly long day to enjoy all the gardens have to offer.

Nice image, Lorrie! Yes, I can imagine the feeling of being in a rain forest in the middle of the desert. When I lived in the Twin Cities area years ago, I used to go to the Como Conservatory in the dead of winter just to see greenery and blooms, and to feel humidity and even hear birds chirp. Same feeling I'm sure!

Thank you for the visit Kathy! Actually, I should go there now - it has been pretty cold and dreary around here lately!
